Do you have a preferred insurance company?

We are happy to work with any normal insurance plan; however, certain plans may require a network orthodontist. We are in many networks and will be happy to check for you. Many companies also provide out of network benefits. 

Do you take Medicaid?

Medicaid covers orthodontics for a select few patients; however, we do not accept medicaid in our practice.

How do I know if my insurance covers braces or other orthodontics?

First, call your insurance company to ask about coverage. Second, come in for a consultation. There are coverage options available that we might be able to help with. We’ll take the mystery out of financing braces and Invisalign. We also have financing options you may not have considered to make your dreams come true!

Do I need to file my own insurance claims?

No, you do not. Our billing department will take care of all of your insurance paperwork so that you don’t need to worry.

What if I change insurance coverage?

Give our Creve Coeur orthodontist a call if your employer is planning to change insurance coverage or if you’re considering a switch in insurance companies. We will review your options with you and ensure that there are no mysteries or surprises when it comes to your coverage.
